ModernMix Bug

I installed you guys' software which is ModernMix. I was going to use modernmix to run a game called Asphalt 8 Airborne in windowed mode. While doing so, the game opened up in windowed mode but stuck at the loading screen and crashed. Then, modernmix pop up and said my trial is over. Like dude, i've been using it for about 2 minutes. Along with it, all of my asphalt 8 gaming progress has been deleted. I got so frustrated I decided to do a restore point on my laptop. But when I reload the game, my gaming progress is still missing! And when I re-install modernmix, this time with my avast antivirus disabled, it still says my trial is over. Please send help.
