Windows 10 Scroll Bars are impossible to see

The scroll bars of open windows (i.e. explorer, actually every windowed app) are virtually impossible to see. The scroll bar itself is very light (almost white) color. Hard to see if the window itself is white. The scroll bar "handle" appears to be some kind of very light orange. For me, it's almost impossible to distinguish the scroll bar from the window and the handle on the scroll bar.

I have a license for Object Desktop and all of the apps. Which of these products will help me "customize" the scroll bar color and the handle color? To be honest, I've red all of the manuals and I can't find a way to make this customization.

If there's no way for the current StarDock apps to do this, I'd like to make this a feature request.
