Explorer has not closed properly

I bought the software two weeks ago and then when I tried to install and run Fences I got an Error that Fences had detected Explorer was not closed properly.  This disabled Fences.  It despite re-enabling and rebooting, I cannot get fences to work.  Since it was a primary reason I both the desktop for my main machine, I submitted a support request, which I have not received any response to in over a week.  I had bought the software based on the strong recommendation from Brad and Paul,  so maybe I have found an edge case issue but the lack of support response is concerning.  Has anyone else had this issue and do they have a solution.

I have the same problem, i tried fences 1.0, the problem solved, but i cannt move any icon

I bought the software too, but i cannt use it normal
