OD renewal issue

Hi
In the past I've renewed Object Desktop via Paypal with no issue - I have one email address for the Stardock account, and another for Paypal. This year however, the renewal has gone against my Paypal email address that has no account nor downloadable content whilst my actual SD account is complaining that the Object Desktop license is about to expire.
I've submitted a sales ticket about this - Ticket ID: EKK-681-47034 - but heard diddly squat since 20 Nov.
Any chance someone can do something about this? Regards
