Browsers weird issues with upper right minimize/close icons

I'm not sure if its because of how browsers use the tabs with the menu bar? But when I group IE/Chrome/Firefox I notice that the minimize/max/close icons are offset down. This is most prominent when in fullscreen mode

This leaves

1) The Ui is iconsistent if you have applications that put those in the upper right

2) It leave a 'square' in the upper right when using the browser that isn't clickable. It looks like you can click directly into the destop in that tiny square

Is it possible to upload screenshots?

If the application has a custom titlebar (i.e. painting their own tabs in the titlebar) there is no space for groupy tabs so the application window is shifted down.  This means their close buttons etc are positioned under the groupy bar.

The unclickable square has been addressed for the next beta.

You can set Groupy to always position tabs above the titlebar if you wish to mix those apps in with other ones and maintain consistency.

I have the exact same problem. I've noticed the problem occurs when I have multiple tabs open in my browser, it seems to be ok when a single tab is open (could be wrong). It makes it impossible to use the page as everything is placed below its original place. I'm using the beta version 1.12
