Fences crashes after Win10 Startup

Hello,

I am running Windows 10 (10.03.1607) and the Fences (v3.05) application is set to load automatically after startup. Upon startup, Fences loads briefly and organizes my desktop but then within 2 seconds, the screen flickers and Fences crashes and throws the following error message - "Fences has detected the Explorer was not closed properly. As a precaution, Fences has been temporarily disabled".

If I re-enable Fences, the screen flickers and throws the same error message.

Any help?
