Windowsblinds - skinning window titlebars

Is there a possibility to customize only specific parts of a shell while leaving all the other goodies at default?

My intent is to skin title bars only and since blackbox doesnt support images / transparent backgrounds I thought it would be a good idea to utilize windows blinds' customizing capabilities for this sole purpose. But here is the gimmick, when I create a new skin in skinstudio I get a fully skinned ready-to-go theme which would obviously override part of my custom changes. For instance, I have command bar and explorer rebar disabled, and I when I apply a new WB theme these parts come back. How to exclude these elements from a skin?

Is there a way to edit current skin (which is listed as default in WB skin choosing menu), set images for caption bars, caption buttons, and frames while leaving everything else at default, etc controls, scrollbars, context menus, fonts? In other words, is it possible to create a new blank skin and edit only components I need, or tell WB to not override my default skin but change titlebars only?
