Portable version and/or restore snapshot using commandline

Hello,

I just purchased some licenses for fences.
I am using Shadow Defender to virtualize my whole system, this means everything that is done related to the windows drive (in my case "c:") is deleted/un-done after a reboot.

I am mostly running portable applications or installed applications which I set  at boot using command-line and/or other scripts.

Because fences stores it's snapshot's in the user-appdata folder it get's reset (deleted) after every reboot.
Every time I make a change in fences, I save it's registry key and appdata folder and at reboot I restore those through a script.
I also have a script that starts the user interface and restores a snapshot.

It would be great if a snapshot would could be restored through command-line.
Or if the whole application was portable (settings and backups saved at another location).
