Roll-up fence icons problem

Whenever I do an action to a specific item,
example: pasting items to a folder in a roll-up fence, the moment the cursor leaves the fence and rolls back, the folder then goes out to the corner of my desktop without any actual fence.
Whoever the specific roll-up fence I'm talking about is where "Place all new items in this fence by default".
