Unable to activate Fence

So I just bought Fences. But when I try to activate it, it gives me this message "unable to activate fences. Please try again or contact support (error code:  -212)"

I know for a fact I am using the correct product key and registered email

Try using the email and password for your stardock account.

I already tried that, it does not work. I didn't have a Stardock account at the time of purchase, but I made one right after because I noticed the option to activate Fences with my account. I have the Excel "key activation status" that tells me the Product key and what email it is registered to, but when I use that email, it still doesn't work. It says that it is valid for the product: Fences® 3

So, I cannot use the "activate with your Stardock account" unless there is a way to manually associate the purchased key with your account.

When I try to activate Fences with my product key and email address the messages keeps changing from Error -212 and the: this email address is not valid. 

Also when I find my purchase on "Order History" when I try to click on "Download Software" it gives me this message: "An error occurred when attempting to download Fences® 3.

Please contact [email protected]."


Edit:

When I go to account management and try to enter my product key for Fences 3, it says that the serial code is already registered to another account, which it is not

Your Stardock account IS associated with the email you used when you purchased. Purchasing created the account for you. You must use the info with which you made the purchase.

Wait for a human response via email. Don't reply to the automated email, doing so will move you back in line.
