Fences 3 trial version not unlocking?

I did purchase and validate the product key.

from Stardock Forums

Installed rial version; and then purchased Fences 3.  

I had to go on-line to website to validate purchase and product key.  (Would not connect via software.)

Got message that it was a valid product key via that method.  

But I keep getting popup message about purchasing it ... now at 1 day left.

What am I missing?  Is Fences going to not work tomorrow?

Hi robertchenoweth,

Please make sure you are entering your product key correctly.  It looks like you have reversed a couple of numbers. You can retrieve your key from this link, https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products, might be easier to copy and paste it.

Won't deny a potential typo.  At some point I did cut and paste from my product key page.  

 

I just again repeated the process for off line activation with the Fences.resp file and (finally) within Fences got the 'activated' message.  So, hopefully, it will work.

Thanks for the quick response. Consider matter closed for now.  (I reserve the right to change my mind on that if it doesn't work tomorrow.)
