Multiplicity KM does not copy/paste images between machines

Hello,
I have a Multiplicity KM license which came with my Object Desktop Purchase. I use Multiplicity at work between my PC and Laptop. When I try to paste images from one to the other it does not work.
At the destination, all you see is the dimensions of the image but you lose the image. It is just all white.
I'm using Windows 7 64 bit on both machines.
In my Multiplicity Settings, I have Share clipboard between computers, share text clipboard formats, share file clipboard formats, share image clipboard formats all checked off.
Any help would be much appreciated. I take a lot of screen shots at work for troubleshooting purposes, so getting this to work is really important.
