How to add more folders to the Start Menu?

I don't know how to add new folders (e.g. the "Downloads" folder) to my Start 10 Start menu, other than the ones I have: - Documents, Images, Music, Modern UI Apps, This PC, Control Pannel, etc. Also, how to delete one of them from the Start 10 Start menu (e.g. delete the "Music" folder).

Can someone help? Thank you.
