Just installed version 3.0.5.12 and everything works great. However i have noticed that when i have the mouse pointer focused on my desktop the processing icon displays, similar to when windows is processing something or thinking. Is there any explanation why this would be happening?
Having the same issue. Windows 7 machine running dual monitors. The monitor with my fences shows the cursor with the "processing" animation. The monitor without fences shows the cursor as normal.
Any updates available?

I have dual monitor and on both my windows 7 and windows 10. I have not experience this problem. Maybe you just need to reinstall it.
