Ability to change fonts (size,color, etc)

Hi, I am visually impaired and need to use some sort of screen magnification software. I am currently using a Win 7 Basic theme because it allows me to modify fonts (size, color, etc) to fit my visual needs. Unfortunately, most of the magnification software works only with Aero themes and they do not allow customization.

Question : will WindowBlinds allow me to customize the Aero theme ? Also can I buy only WindowBlins instead of the whole suite ?
