Fences Disappearing Titles - Set to show all the time

Fences worked fine for ages, and now for some reason the labels have gone up and away. I have the setting turned on to always show these titles, so I don't know why they disappeared. You can see in the below image that when I hover my mouse on the box it shows white stuff as if the labels and options are peeking out from the top.
