Does my computer slow down when i am not logged into a profile with Object Desktop?

I have 3 progiles on my computer , My name for everyday use (has Object Desktop startup themes, Games for gaming, and 3d Apps for maya and photoshop etc. , now if i have object desktop ( WB,Icon manger,OB, Object Dock) installed will that slow down my other profiles that do not have the object desktop utilities? i noticed that it puts it in the registery when i ran "Starter" a startup manager. Does this slow down performance any? it seems to be slower even on the other profiles

If the programs aren't running (as in no skins) then it shouldn't have any effect at all. You can look at the processes in task manager to see if wbload or any other background service is running.
