[BUG] Desktop icons inside 0% opacity fences show on boot

All desktop icons contained inside 0% opacity (fences show on mouse-over) show randomly on boot up then eventually dissapear back to normal. Sometimes i have to move the mouse over the icons to make then not visible as they do not always automatically vanish.

Running Win 10, external GeForce GTX 750Ti graphics card, OC Core i5, 16Gb RAM. no other graphic/program issues.

**NOTE - I've just upgraded to v3 so will see if same issue occurs**
