Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly error

Explorer Error Repeatedly

Hi Fences Team,

I have Stardock Fences Version 3.0.5.12 , and now getting this error today:

"Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly error

As a precaution, Fences has been temporarily disabled.

To re-enable Fences, right click your desktop and choose "Enable Fences"."

I tries several times, and screen refreshes and get the error repeatedly.

Is there a fix?
