submitting wall papers

up at the top of the main page, it says submit skin, along the top.

On top of the main page click on 'Upload'
Scroll down the list and click on 'WallPapers'
Fill the required boxes/fields
When done, click on 'Upload Bitmap'
Cross your fingers and pray it gets accepted
