Fences Copyright is taken by Chinese in China

Please confirm wheather there is one Chinese called Gengjian that he claims that own Fences copyrights(No.2017SR186021) and registered successfully in China  Alibaba Business and Intellectual Property Centre.

Copyright detail stated in Alibaba:

The intellectual property owner: Gengjian 耿俭（in Chinese）

Hmmm... is this similar to one of those 'some Chinese firm wants to register your domain name in China but we're here to help you if you register a worthless .cn top-level country code domain name with us first for only $' scams?

China and copyright do not currently mix - you also can't make money from a culture that still thinks Intellectual Property rights are nonsense and that pirating EVERYTHING (software, cars, phones, etc...) is absolutely ok. Not that they're poor - that hasn't been the case for a long time now.
