Activation Issues

I purchased Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro some time ago. I am trying to enable "Allow secondary to control KVM computer" but it won't allow me to activate. My understanding is I can activate on up to 9 computers with my license. Someone please help. Thanks a lot.
