WindowsBlinds Changed the Highlight Color on my System and I Can't Fix it! [Self Sloved]

I installed Stardock WindowsBlinds on my system and changed the theme. After going through them all, I decided I didn't like any of them. When I went back to the default theme, everything seemed fine. Until I tried to highlight something. It became a sort of cyan color when it was usually blue. https://i.imgur.com/6Ygv7ib.png

Solution:

1. Open the theme settings on windows and select the default theme

2. Change your background to what it used to be

3. Done.
