Black screen from my server

I have an older system acting as a server running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I just have it set to share to everyone on the local network. I can use remote console to it just fine and do what I need however I wish to use just Multiplicity. I have a 16 place license and it works just fine with the other systems on my network but when I connect to the server it says it is successful but I just have a black screen. Any ideas?
