How does one control the direction of the roll up? I have a fence that has decided to unroll upward off screen instead of the downward the way that is always has. I can find nothing in help so any suggestions will be appreciated

If Fences is working normally on other Fences on your desktop, I'd try deleting the problematic Fence and create another one.
If the fence is too close to the top of the screen, this will happen. Move it down just a tad.
