cd rom drive icons dont change

anyone know why my cd rom icons wont change even when my hd and all other ones in my computer do?? im using iconpackager??

I would hazard a guess that because the nature of windows is to look at the CD in the drive for the icon... when the drive is empty or the CD does not specify one... it reverts to the default.

mine doesn't do that anymore... what version of Icon Packager do you have... stardock had a fix for that a long time ago... i'm running version 2.12... and mine is skinned...
