IE Favorites Font Color

You'd think I'd know this by now but I can't seem to figure out how to change the color of the fonts in Favorites in IE menu . The hover color is the same as the highlighted background so it is impossible to read.

The favorites menu wasn't skinned by WB until WB4. There is no way to change the font color or face yet.
