Can't seem to change explorer.exe title bar font

I have tried to change different fonts, but nothing seems to get rid of the shadow and bold.

How are you trying to change the font? Please state exact procedures.

As far as I know you should use Skin Studio for that to be changed correctly.

I'm trying to change the fonts using this dialog. I'm pretty sure that that's what I used on previous versions and it worked.
