Why Can't I see buttons for uploads (Fixed)

That's weird... did you clear your browser(s) cache and then close and reopen it? That might do it.

Still don't have buttons on the images tab under account though

Open your control panel and click on the flash player icon. On the bottom it should tell you if either the ppapi or the npapi is installed. If you do see this you can go to Adobe and download that one. I had to do both and everything works fine.
