shipyards

I tried to find an answer but it seems like recent patches/ updates might have changed things.

As of today - 9th June, 2017... how do I end a turn with an idle shipyard?

I can't find any button that will allow me to shut-down or pause production.

I cant remove all sponsors or I get an orphan shipyard mess age that prevents me from ending turn...

I downloaded Galciv 3 and Crusade bundle today, so I should be at latest versions of everything.

Any suggestions are welcome... not sure if this is a feature or bug...
