Titles

That sould be 'your' works.

It gets titled after it's finished.

Sometimes I have a title before I start, sometimes it comes to me during the creation process, and sometimes I come up with it after I'm done. Sometimes I have a working title and then come up with a more suitable one when I'm finished. Sometimes I'll show it to someone else and they'll come up with a title.

I title mine after I finish. I do exactly as you said. After finishing, I sit back look, stare, see what my minds eye comes up with (If you only knew some of the stuff I come up!!! LMAO) and that's how it gets named.

I know I'm one of those with some doozies for names. I know that one... Just look at my description for Dark City! ROTFL I can make jokes at my own expense, I know I'm ummmm 'unique'

My thoughts on this are exactly the same as MikeB314, interestingly enough.

I, on the other hand, am similar to Lady Akasha... except I usualy use extremely pathetic made-up words

I fit in both the MikeB/Boxxi and Lady Akasha/mooshoo categories, especially the made-up words thing.

I have to wonder about WOM's answer.......... why a professed non-skinner would answer in this manner is a bit strange, don't you think?

Sometimes the title comes before the work...sometimes I have a working name that never sees the light of day and I end up calling it something else! so I fit in the MikeB catagory as well.

As some of you might have notice, I have a hard time picking a title for my designs. Some of them, like the scenery designs, I pick the title before I make the design and they are named according to the design. Abstract designs, I have a little trouble with. Usually I make the design and then sit for hours trying to come up with a name. I stare at the design as if to say-- "Tell me what you want to be call" BUT....that doesnt work > So I look around until I come up with something.
Some times I just feel like naming them, Wall_1, Wall_2, Wall_3,....etc.

Simple date/time combinations also work well for in between saves.

I've made up words too...
MetaTek? I doubt that's in the dictionary.
Nothing 'inspirational' came to me on that one.So, I made one up. I have one in the works right now, that I call, "I have no idea what this is"
