component manager trouble

I had to reinstall windows after a reformat and now I can't get the component manager to accept my registration information. I don't know what to do... got everything else working... Toon, Object Desktop, and WinCustomize Browser... but not component manager.

Sigh! It's the weekend again. You'll have to wait till Monday the logon problem to be fixed
