Can anyone tell me about the user ratings? I don't know what they're all about. Anything would be helpful. Maybe there's a page about them.

Actually the about section isn't all that up to date. To rate you have to be an apprentice or higher or a person of level 4 status. Rating is from 1-10, one being the lowest.
