Wrong email submitted, now I can't get Stardock to send me activation key

When purchasing the Latest Fences software, I inadvertently typed '.om' instead of '.com' in my email address.  Consequently, I was unable to receive the activation key being emailed to the correct address.  Attempts to change my account have proven unsuccessful, inasmuch as verification links are then sent to BOTH the old and new email addresses...the old one being non-existent.  Further attempts to contact Stardock via phone and email have thus far yielded no response.  It could be that they are swamped today...

The problem could have been avoided IF the Stardock webpage required CONFIRMATION of your first-typed email...which it didn't.  Hopefully, I'll hear from them soon.  In the meantime, any suggestions from those who have found themselves in a similar pickle?  ANY help would be appreciated...thank you!!
