WindowBlinds Loading Problem

Whenever I try do download skins now, in .wba format.. a window pops up when i have downloaded the file saying "An error has occured..blah blah" It doesn't load, or doesn't end up in my list of skins! I can't download them!, then the options on that window is "Send Error Report" "Don't Send Error Report" Please help!!!!

Yes I read it, it was no help or this problem! Its a loading problem with the file "wbload.exe"

Download it by right clicking on it and save target as. Then double click on the .WBA file. Then fight click on your desktop and click on properties. Click appearence then select the blind that you want.
