*wba Question

I have no idea what program it is I use to install a *wba skin for WinXP. I have WinStyles and WindowsBlinds installed, but they dont work with it I dont think. Any help would be great.

A .WBA file is a Windowblinds skin. Open the Display Properties dialog, click on "add" and point it to the WBA file. You will have a skin

You can also just double-click the WBA file and it will install itself. But you will still have to go to the Display Properties to load it.
