how can i make desktop icons bigger and all the rest of the icons small? plz help...

No way to do it with just the normal Windows shell running.
The only way I could see it is using Desktop X with large desktop objects, and just using the normal icons for your other icons.

Actually, WindowFX 2 allows you to make your desktop icons 48x48 without effecting the rest of them. But I think it had issues with remembering icon positions, if I recall correctly.

Using a blank DesktopX theme and turning on the IconX feature can make you Desktop Icons any size you want , up to 128x128 or more. They can be zoomable, change thier colors, give them some transparency, add shadows, have sounds and some visual effects activated in different states!
