Moving Desktop Icons on Desktop Are Locked, How to Unlock?

Hey guys,

I got fences recently, and I have been really enjoying it, however, I have run into one big problem that is really disturbing me and I can't seem to find a solution. I really like how Fences organize things in their own Fences, however, I also really like placing things on the desktop where ever I want without them being attached to Fences. However, (in this case images) are auto locked, and I can't place them anywhere on my desktop as I wish to, and instead, they are lined in a column. Which is really irritating since I kinda need to be able to place things all over my own desktop. Can anyone tell me if it is possible or if there is a setting to allow me to place my items around my desktop without it being auto locked.
