Are there any other Winblind Version cuz mine don't seem to work.

could you please give more details on why it doesn't work for you?

Which OS are you running? The current WB4 only works on WinXP, just in case that's it. If it's not it, what's going wrong?

I have Windows XP, in the start of the installation it says, "To upgrade an existing WindowBlinds......" so is that the upgrade version?

Second, after I install it, I reboot. Then I go to this website to download a new skin from DesktopX. After I unzip it, it's just a file. What do I do with the file?

KO, Hunter. DesktopX and Windowblinds are two different products.
You need Windowblinds for Windowblinds skins.
You need Desktop X for Desktop X themes.
And so it goes for every section of the library.

DesktopX themes are compeletly different from WindowBlinds skins and require a different program (DesktopX). Download WindowBlinds skins from the WindowBlinds section of the library.
