Downloading new skins

I downloaded the WB4 the trail and when I download a new skins from here, it's just a file. Where do I put that file?

If you installed WB4 it should have made a file association to .WBA files. When you download a skin, save it to the desktop and then double-click it, that will install the skin. You can then load the skin from the Display Properties dialog.

If the file hasn't got an association (WB should be automatic) you can right click the file and choose 'open with' then select the correct program.

I don't think I downloaded the right version, when I installed it, it said "To upgrade" so I think i have a upgrade install program.
