Store roll-up setting

The roll-up setting is nice but would be much more useful for me if the "Store my Fences' positions on a per-screen-resolution basis" applied to the "roll-up fence" setting.

The primary purpose of the "per-screen-resolution basis" for me is using multi-monitor setups.  I roll up the fences when using fewer monitors but would like them not rolled up when spread across more monitors.
