Fences hidden on startup

I update Fence to 3.0.4.12 version and now when I start my PC (OS win10) fences are hidden. I need to click on right mouse button to show fences but when I restart win10 fences are hidden again. I tried enable and disable "Always show icons at startup" option in quick-hide menu and I tried enable/disable others option in Fence menu but issue persists.

Oddly, I had the exact opposite problem. Fixed by unchecking show icons at startup.
