I would like for my roll-up fences to stay rolled up unless I double click them.
I agree.I would very much like to see this option added. All of my fences opening when Ihover over them is a little aggrevating. I actually almost refunded Fences of Steam becaus eof it. I'm a little particular about these kinds of things (probably more extremely than most!). I'm sure there are many who'd like to have it as an option as well 
I'd greatly appreciate it, as it'd greeaattllyy increase my enjoyment of your program!
