Empty downloads

Lately I have been downloading windowblinds only to find the folders are empty. Its there a problem?

Right click and choose 'save target as' then double click the .wba file or install from display properties.

Still getting an empty file. Been using windowblinds for a year now, never had this had this problem before. says empty (1). How can I fix this?
