Aligning fences

Center-aligning roll up fences

i'm a newbie. I created several fences, made them roll ups, and have tried to center-align them vertically with even spacing. But I can't do it. Is there a way to set them precisely to the same widths, and position them vertically?

Try holding the Shift key while you are doing this. This will disable snapping which I think is what is happening.
