Fences popup obscuring top left corner of screen

Got an update to Win10 Pro overnight and now I'm having problems with a Fences popup asking if I want to create a fence or folder portal. The popup appears in the top left corner of the screen and is obscuring icons of programs running at full screen such as Chrome. I've used Fences for many years and hardly ever change any settings.

Is there some way of stopping this occurring?

Now the problem has gone and I've no idea what I did, if anything, to correct it. I was looking around in Window settings looking for something to correct it but found nothing. When I exited (Windows) Settings, the desktop froze for a few seconds with no icons or Fences visible and then everything reappeared. The top left corner popup is not now appearing. Seemed like a desktop restart. Hopefully this problem will not reoccur when I reboot Windows otherwise I will have to delete Fences. The problem was making work on my PC very difficult.
