also no function after reinstalling win 10

I have the same misfunction. I'm a V 2-user, but after setting up the os fences wouldn't work. So i decided to install V 3. Installer prompts and it creates 3 fences-Windows (standard: programs, folders, files & documents). But nothing i can do at all.

Error-popup: Stardock Application Services was unable to start. You may need to reinstall Fences. If this problem persists, please contact Stardock customer support.
