Fences 3.03 suddenly (last 6-7 days) causing multiple "program change requests" in Windows 7

For about the past week, multiple, repetitive system messages from User Account Control Settings have been launching - 2 or 3 at a time - asking for permission for Fences to make changes to my computer: "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?"   Whether I choose Yes or No, the window closes, but generates another request, sometimes 3 or 4 in a row; if I just close the window it usually stays closed for another 30-60 minutes, then it happens again. All day - it's driving me nuts!

I've tried lowering the User Accounts Control Settings to the 2nd-highest setting, but it doesn't seem to stick.

I've been a Fences user for several years, and upgraded to 3.03 about 3 wks ago; this issue just started last week.

I'm using Windows 7 Enterprise and Chrome Version 57.0.2987.133.

Can anyone help me with this annoying problem?
