You'll have to download the trial version of WindowBlinds first. The OSX theme is a Windowblind. You'll need the software in order to run it. Try it and see if you like it.

https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/

After you install WindowBlind click on the icon to open the configuration panel. There are a number of skins you can use or go to the home page and click on the OSX theme in the previews. Click on that and you'll go to the download page. Click download, it will show up in your download folder. If it looks like a palette, click on it and it will install. Then all you have to do is open the configuration panel, find the skin and click on it, then click on 'Apply Skin'. Done. Hope this helps.

Most probably be cheaper to get object desktop as you'll more than likely need icon packager & perhaps theme manager. On top of that you'll need object dock (there is a basic free version as well as cursorfx for custom cursors). It depends how far you want to go & what packages are available to get the desired look.I'd start looking at any themes if there's any before outlaying money, just in case there's no look that you like

Forget Theme Manager, it isn't functional.

I would just get WindowBlinds trial first, see if you like it. Then upgrade if you do.  There are many more themes to choose from, but WindowBlinds will be a requirement.
