No WindowBlinds 8.13 Documention? Need help with System Colors

I've searched everywhere on the forums and Google to find documentation on changing System Colors but so far nothing seems to come up.
Using Windowblinds 8.13
Windows 7

Right now I have a few issues with a dark theme that I'm modifying and text is incredibly difficult to read. For example...

This is an active window of CMD prompt and I want to modify the titlebar text C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe

But there's dozens of options...

Which one goes to which element? I can't find any documentation on this and I don't want to "try things out" to find what works. I'd have to modify every single color one by one, saving the details of what they currently are only to find out it's not the right system color I'm looking for. Then I'd have revert them one by one again back to the theme's default. Doing Recover Original just resets the entire theme's substyle.

Another problem, where is says Search programs and files in the Start Menu
And another HUGE problem, where an unclicked folder in File Explorer is impossible to read. When I do click it, it's somewhat readable.

Also I do know it's possible to change File Explorer's white background but I'm not sure how to do that either.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I'd also like to add that in SkinStudio 8, and in 10, I have an explorer_bg.tga file added and in the preview it looks like it's functioning but when I apply the theme, nothing changes.

I've updated to WindowBlinds 10.6 and SkinStudio 10, nothing so far has fixed this issue. I've changed most of the errors in the Start Menu but nothing has been changed for Explorer.

Edit: Problem with the background is .tga files don't work, it's meant for .bmp files. Which changing it to .bmp files also fixes the appearance in Explorer where I couldn't read the text.
New problem I have is encrypted files have a blue text and they're not easy to read on a dark background so I need to find a way to change that as well, along with the Control Panel menu having grey backgrounds and blue text.
